sometimes i really dont know whether to be angry or laugh at my dad..

dad: "so what color you want for your room?"
me: -looks at nippon & ici dulux catalogues-
me: "this one, PL 2193 Ginger peachy.. abit orange.. looks more fresh.."
dad: "this one meh? so bright.. strain the eyes.."
me: "ehh.. what about this AL 26900 barely yellow?"
dad: "aiyoh.. no good lah.. in the photo looks nice.. real thing come out not nice.."
me: "naaa... this one good.. chocolate with bisque.. down-to-earth color.."
dad: "where got good?? so dull.. choose something more lighter.."
me: "i still prefer the ginger peachy la.. sun shines on the color, looks radiant.."
dad: "i think the light purple suits ur room better.."
me: "anything lohh.. u paint what, what loh.."

[FYI, the color of my room walls is already light purple now and my dad insisted on light purple again.]

after bathing..

dad: "you want what color u choose la.."
me: "i thought u want the light purple?"
dad: "u choose la.."
me: "i like the ginger peachy lehh.."
dad: "but after painting that color, ur room looks like some restaurants out there lehh.."
me: "ahhh.. u decide.. u decide.. im fine with any colorsss.."

see? the problem with dads. hahaha.
