todae is lunar new yr dae 3 ~

& im gonna haf my reunion dinner onli todae.. don luff.. mummy's werking on new yr's eve & new yr dae itself.. dis means my ang bao collection will be drastically lesser compared to last yr & last last yr!! in fact, its realli a fraction of the previous yrs..

lunar new yr dae 1.
dis yr was special. mummy's werking night shifts, which means she nids to haf ample slp during daytime to prepare herself fer the night's battle. me? i was stucked infront of my tv set stuffing baguas like nobody's business fer the whole morn & noon until tong called at 3pm asking me whether i wanna join him at his ah ma's place. he would be coming at 4pm to fetch me over. thinking i haf more-than-enuff time, i took a long shower bath.. onli to step out of e bathroom at 3.30pm to receive another call fr him dat he had reached. gosh. i rushed like hell. my makeup was a total mess. suddenly i realised my clinique true-beige foundation was a lil too light fer me. i resembled a ghost!! maybe i've grown fairer these mths dat makes me look even paler compared to the past when i was using back the same foundation. geez. at his ah ma's place, small crowds were patched at every corner of the house. some played mahjong, some played cards, some watching vcds, some chit-chatting away at another corner. me? i sat quietly on the sofa watching vcds, standing up at intervals to receive ang baos fr his relatives. *grins* wad amazed me was there were at least 4 maids helping out in the kitchen preparing new yr foodies. but the foodies prepared by the main chef of the kitchen, his 4th jiu mu, was best. left his ah ma's place at ten plus, went to tong's mum place fer a while, b4 visiting big's house, which was like blocks away fr his mum's place. big's house was a gambling den. tong & i played a few rounds of cards b4 he fetched me home. too beat to do anything else.

house visits to my granny's house at bukit ho swee. followed by 4th aunt's place at jp. nth interesting. went to catch a midnite movie, constantine, at wm. i'd like to emphasize dat dis show was not gd!! storyline was not rich. wad spear of destiny. wad half-breed btw angels & devils. the movie is juz bad !!! reached home at 2am, slp~
