Hmm.. guess no more! its perfectly fine.. no bruises.. no scars.. no injuries.. juz dat i went to the GYM wiv Yvonne todae.. LOL. Don it look fitter?? haha..
Wad i did in the gym:
Treadmill - 20 minutes.. burnt abt 569 calories
Stairmaster - 10 minutes.. burnt 319 calories
Exercise bike - 20 minutes.. burnt 500++ calories
Total calories burnt: 569 + 319 + 500++ = 1388++ calories..
thou its a small amt dats being burnt, but the main purpose of me entering into a gym is attained! dat is.. it made me feel more refreshed.. less lethargic.. coz i've been beri restless these daes.. hehex ~ hope by paying a small visit to an exercise room will make me feel more alyfe, esp during lectures.. tutorials.. practical sessions.. LOL.
** Yvonne ** Next time dote ur feet more kkz?? Get a bigger sized track shoes.. don torture ur poor lil feet.. hehex =P .. me actualli can compare ur case wiv a ladee wiv layers of 'meat' trying to squeeze into size S shirt.. LOL..
After swimming both yvonne & i soaked ourselves in the pool.. but fer onli 15 minutes!! LOL.. coz the pool closes at 9pm.. no choice.. swam a few laps den came out, bathed.. den exit the complex..
Ate at a hawker nearby the complex b4 heading hm.. gonna take a rest now ! nitez peepz !
