yes.. its DA NIAN CHU SAN/CNY DAY 3 le..

as usual, had my reunion dinner on the eve of cny. simply love the idea of the whole family getting together to have a meal. it draws out clearly the closeness between everyone in the family. i used to skip reunion dinners thinking i can always have another similar dinner with my family anytime of the year. but after giving some serious thoughts, even if i didnt do it for myself, i must spare some thoughts for my dad, mom and siblings who's hoping my seat was taken up by me, myself. and wee, i love reunion dinners! watched FEARLESS with tong before reunion dinner. a must catch coz its jet li's very last show!!

CNY DAY 1. luckily dad and mom wasnt as superstitious as i thought. coz we actually carried out house visitings despite my ah-ma had passed away 2 months ago. and that resulted in ang bao roll-roll-come (gun-gun-lai ahhh...). went over to tong's place and his ah-ma's place for further visitings. watched I NOT STUPID 2.. wad i can say is, this show made me laugh, cry, laugh, cry continuously.. buay tahan~ forgot to mention.. for those who knows me, they know my chinese vocabulary is just that bit, thus i always prepare myself with some cny idioms to go along with when i go bai-nian. this year's idioms supposingly to be "xin nian KUAI LE" followed by "SHEN TI jian kang".. BUT i greeted most of them "SHEN TI KUAI LE" = "body happy"??!! i actually cut 2 idioms into 1 !! yes, mock at my foolishness.. yea yea..

CNY DAY 2. was home to eat "kai nian fan". ehh "open year meal" ? yumm yumm~

CNY DAY 3. tmr gotta go big's house to eat another round of dinner!!!

well.. didnt manage to snap photos of my darling relatives coz i was in such a rush to doll up (im not a make-up person therefore i need quite some time for me to really paint my face beautifully) that i forgotten to bring along my camera for visitings.. damn it.. just this few from my hp..

set a date to have new year dinner with bigbig. - yes
pack my room. - NO
pack the living room, as usual. - yes
pack the whole family's shoe rack. - yes
color my hair. - yes
do D.I.Y. facial. - NO
paint my nails. both hands and legs. - NO
trim eyebrow. - NO
thoroughly clean my clean-once-in-a-year belly button. hiaks. - yes
help put up all the "gong xi fa cai", "wan shi ru yi" & "fu" decos. - yes
accompany tong before he gets really busy this new year. - half.
drink gallons of water to prevent pimpe outbreak. - yes
ask for forgiveness from all that i know. - NO
listen to mom when she sings new year songs. - yes

sleepish sleepy.. zzZ~

yes duh.. the playing of CNY songs everywhere is driving me nuts. this is esp so when im shopping for my CNY stuffs and the rhythm of the music is so heavy that it diverted all my attention away and i just feel like dancing to the beat of the songs.. hahaha. but some CNY songs can be quite meaningful.. esp the one by Long Piao Piao.. it goes.. "qian qian qian qian.. qian yao zhi ji zhuan.. qian yao zhi ji jian.." which simply means u earn ur own money and u r happy using ur own money.. lol~ i hope im making sense.

just as everywhere has that mood for CNY..

don ask me why.. but im still very busy. not with FYP anymore. nah not dating away. but busy with school work. i can start my lesson as early as 8am and leaves SP as late as 8pm. back home still gotta rush assignments till as late as 2 to 3am the next day, sleep for a few pathetic hours den off i go to school again.. the cycle repeats. and i skip most of my lunchbreaks trying to complete endless reports. and i have not dye my hair!!!

haha. when the tall meets the short. not tryin' to be rude, but it reminds me of..

i helped bigbig dyed her hair yesterday, and at the same time, bigbig helped dyed jun's virgin hair.. how is this possible??

this was done by making jun kneel on the floor while bigbig and i were on our feets. haha. reasons? im taller than bigbig (by 4cm?), so i can dye her hair easily even thou she stands up. and since jun is taller than me (by 1 cm?), which means she's taller than bigbig (by 4+1=5cm?), she have to kneel down to make sure bigbig is able to see the top of her head.. oh anyway, bigbig chose the color iridescent brown and jun mahogany copper brown..

im not black-haired.. its so as i cant find the color combination of gold and brown in 'Paint'.. yess, just by the way i described my hair, u know my hair had decolorised to the stage that when i look into the mirror i feel like smashing it.. going to color my hair one of these few days before chinese new year derives.. red is definitely out as some says i dont look good in it.. but 1st of all, who's gonna help me dye my hair?? *hiaks*

i know u guys will say this is dramatic.. i know i know.. but its true i swear!~

the day before yday, which was wednesday, i fetched bigbig's altered pants to her home. it was ard 8.30pm and raining then. and soon after i left her home and was walking to the bus-stop, i saw bus 985 approaching. and since i was quite some distances away, and that i didnt wish to wait long for the next bus, i decided to run as fast as i could to catch the bus. and woohoo. i tripped and fell over this guy who happened to be at the bus-stop probably waiting for bus 947. he grabbed my hands to ensure i don fall down. he was a boyish-looking kinda guy with big round eyes and tanned skin and was wearing a green tee. thats all i could rmmber. i thanked him and boarded the bus quickly. i did turn back to look at him once more.

felt embarrasing and awkward.. esp with my fringe pinned up coz i looked toot in a way.. however, im not as excited as hanlin and annisa who reacted "Ohh my god!!! Ohhh!!!" when i told them... haha!~

and NOoooo!!! leetong is still my one & only love. =P

in a blink of an eye, we have all grown up to be young adults.. bigbig got married and is considering a child to be born in another 2 to 3 years time and im stepping into the working world in a couple of months.. see how time really flies and wait for no one.. i can still remember those good o days when bigbig and i were wearing school uniforms loitering in lot 1 shopping malls taking neoprint shots with our shirts tucked out and socks high up.. when jun was only primary 5 or so and ah li and ying were still in kindergarten always crying to mom for more lollies.. and now, jun had finished her o'levels, ah li is in sec2 and ying is soon going on with her secondary education. nonetheless, we are still dad and mom's babies.. YEAH =)

basically, the towels' wet all day long (TELL ME HOW TO DRY MYSELF AFTER BATHING!) ... Hehe & Haha's sand is so damp that they keep clinging onto their shells.. and i hafta fan all these DRY!!!

NO NATURAL VENTILATION IN THE HOUSE!

and i hafta keep repeating, "THE WEATHER JUST PUTS ME OFF!"
i hate walking on puddle of rainwater mixed with sand and mud coz my feet sure smells like salted fish after that. and of coz the slippery floors is prone to make me fall. i hate to get wet though i brought along a brolly. i hate to enter chilly classrooms when im so drenched coz i'll be shivering from head to toe. and i hope the sun will shine brightly tomorrow!!

anyway.. today's my bro's birthday.. got him a brown Adidas pouch~

oh ya. went to the temple in rochor road with big and jiefu just now. bai-bai. and i drew lots. mine was a shang-shang-qian (GOOD lot)! No.43! summarising.. work will run smoothly, marriage/love life will be successful, a son will be born, lawsuit will be favourable, travelling is recommended.. and few more which i've forgotten.. den as for zodiac "TIGER", health eh average only if i take good care it (otherwise i may be hospitalised.. like cursing eh?), love life is not bad, fortune will derived only after obstacles & setbacks due to inauspicious stars, wealth not very desirable.. cantt rememberr.. but not bad la hoh??
