Mr Balbir Singh.wad would be ur 1st impression of him? fierce? i had that thinking b4 i attended his lesson today. 1st lesson. however, after his lectures, i realised he's far more friendly than i could ever imagine.. at least he jokes, thou most of my classmates hesistated whether to laugh as they wan no scolding from him? and at least i can still chat wiv mama during his class & his toilet break or wad u call that would be 20 minutes, how great! lastly his teachings are good can i say. so guys, dump the mindset that male tamil teachers wiv moustaches & turbans (these 2 esp) are ferocious creatures, if u happen to haf one!
Recalling back.. Mr Balbir reminded me of a secondary school teacher of mine. Mr Shamugam. My Chemistry teacher for sec3 & 4. Similar looks except wiv no turbans. B4 really getting to know him, i kept quiet throughout his lessons.. but when i reached sec4, i can even tease him abt his chest hairs (its in abundance!) and "stole" his watch and played catching wiv him..!! reason? the hands of his analgue watch goes anti-clockwise wiv the anti-clockwise numbers in it. LOL. funni watch.
school ended half an hour earlier juz like yday. went westmall wiv mama as she wanted to sign up for internet broadband. the singtel staff and mama seemed to be hafing serious communication breakdown as wadeva mama says the staff goes wiv a ? above his head, and wadeva the staff said, mama goes "huh.. yayaya" lol. after which headed to plaza singapura to meet bigbig as we wanted to get mom her birthday present. mom's birthday is approaching, this cuming saturday, and im so remorseful i couldnt celebrate her birthday wiv her, bigbig & siblings coz im working.. sighs.. its okie..
mom's epilator..!! will only be presenting to her on sat itself.. so ah li & ying, shhhh....!!and it seemed that the rest of female members of my family who's birthday falls after mom's will receive this as their birthday gift as well !!!! (ever since i got myself an epilator!! lol.)
settled dinner at Crystal Jade. the food was so shoik. esp the deceiving plain porridge. look so plain but tasted so great. even w/o adding soy sauce, pepper or spring onions, it tasted just as superb.
my share of plain porridge. just as i mentioned, looks plain but taste good! not forgetting the cantonese style minced meat noodles wiv mushroom & tie ban dou fu was sumptous as well.. yum yumm... dead beat now.. gonna zzz to prepare tmr's battle.. nitez~

back from school ~ rather shld i say im home much more earlier ard 4.30pm??
wad i would conclude abt my 1st day in school was.. it sucks. i had this unnatural feeling abt the surrounding pple, be it my friends, classmates, schoolmates or lecturers. so unnatural that i rather keep myself quiet than to keep uttering like how i alwaiz did to april or sharlin. hmm.. peeps, only today la!! LOL !!
Nothing in the school changes except Food Court 1.. it had just been renovated..
this is not bad an idea except that it looks awkward as it pops out out of nowhere! and pple, those who never use their eyes, will knock over it?? LOL !!
hmmm there is something thats troubling me..
should i use the "S'pore Poly" organiser on the left or the "Princess & the Pauper" organiser on the right?? the s'pore poly's more user-friendly as in the dates in the calender yr 2005 & 2006 are available and it has a page for timetable to be joted on. the only disadvantage is its not as pleasant-looking as the princess organiser. as for the princess oragniser, its pleasant-looking but it lacks the dates and of coz no slot for the timetable... hmmm... * puzzling *
MORNING ALL ~ today is the 1st day of a new yr (that is, 3rd yr to me).. 1st day of a new semester.. 1st day im gonna conduct a marathon wiv time.. 1st day im gonna stomach foodcourt 1's foodies, the yong tau foo, the oily thai-style fusilli, the overcharged vegetarian food, the alwaiz-in-long-queue minced pork noodles and my fav, the $1 carrot orange/green apple yakult?? haha.. time check: 8.48am.. which means roughly another 1 more hour to heading sch & 2 hours for the 1st lesson to commence.. sulks.. im still in holiday mooddd mannn~~

been to CREATIVE warehouse sales as initially tong thought of getting himself a mp3 player. in the end, we got nothing out of there. he's still into his SONY MD la.. haha.. no la.. we thought of saving up, thus we gave up all hopes on mp3s. furthermore, i've still got my MuVo Slim wiv me and i would definitely lend it to him if he wants it, provided he stops green-eyeing pink color. LOL.

and here's our meal.. we shared it and its really fulfilling esp the thick mushroom soup.. but im so sad that meiting (my sec schmate, the soup spoon staff) had faint impression of me.. she knew im from bukitview previously but she had no idea which class i was from or where she had saw me b4.. duhz.. we same level back then lehh.. we chatted or at least exchanged smiles when we passed by each other lehh.. nvm.. small matter after i reminded her im from 4e3 and that her fren huiling is my fren..!! LOL !!!! oops i've forgotten to mention that i bought an adidas bag from CityLink b4 our meal.. it'll be my school bag..
its orangey wiv netted matl in the centre.. i love the handle.. it resembles bags wiv wooden handle which is in fashion now, except that the handle is orange instead of brown.
after meal, we headed straight to marina sq. as i couldnt control the urge of spending money!!!! thus we ended up at a combined shop of BALENO:ATTITUDE, eBASE & KACO. and these r wad i got for myselfff..

don say im bad. i've given them more than enuff time.
days back or even a week back, i've called up the town council telling them the common refuse chute at my storey was spoilt. the lever's down and the chute couldnt close properly. they promised to get it fixed. but till now its still not left untouched. wondered how many "ga ga", that is cockroaches, rats.. bla bla.. haf been crawling ard while we were asleep..erKs!! den juz now i rang the town council again.

hang the fone b4 the person did. was damn furious. arghhh. however angry i am, i've prepared gifts for my frenz, that is von, mama & hanlin... to commemorate the reopening of school on cuming monday!!!! but they'll sure mock or even HOOT me once i present them wiv the gifts. but wad i can assure them is.. it is..
1) useful.
2) save the amt of money equivalent to the gift if they were to get the gift themselves from outside.
3) lifespan of a yr.
4) friendly to brain cells.
5) compact, thus portable.

to come up wiv a tabulation of marks of the whole class !!!! circled portion was my brother's name...
yeah and my brother really did that. his form teacher handed him (only him) some mark sheets and grade summary for some reasons which i didnt probe him, but his form teacher forgotten to ask those documents back and my brother just merely kept it quietly wiv him and came up wiv his own tabulation as shown above. the tabulation required 2 A4-sized papers to do so. tough work. after keying in all the info (marks), he calculated the total marks for all the subjects of each and every single classmate of his and found out his own total marks was the highest !! which means.. he'd probably be top of his class this semester !! and conclusion: kiasu is to be the 1st to knoe everything.. LOL.

to come up wiv a list of stuffs to be brought to a camp when the teacher already given them a list of wad to be brought.. wiv "done" & "remarks" columns. lol.
this time round.. it was my lil ying who did this. she'll be going for her 1st time school camp later and will only be back on friday's noon. hope she has fun. and this time round, conclusion of kiasu is to do similar things repeatedly. LOL.
aniwae ying came in 2nd for her subject - chinese. thus, her chinese teacher gifted her wiv..

THESE DAYS!!!! coz the things u buy these days may be up for sales for lets say 70%?? ehh.. be more practical.. at least 50%? or ok la.. 30% ??? however less the sales may be, its still cheaper than the original price. and if 1 item can save u a dollar, 10 items can save u $10, and $100 if 100 items!!!! and the $100 could be used to buy 3 or 4 more stuffs?? WOWWWW !!!!! hehe.. getting a lil too excited.. there are several stuffs that i wanna get ..
Priorities ranked accordingly:
1st - touching up on hair color. plus hair treatment.
2nd - a slip-on which i can wear for school-days esp.
3rd - a bag for school.
4th - manicure & pedicure. i contradicts as i juz painted my nails minutes ago??
5th - clothes. & more of it.
6th - chip in in tong's LEGO STAR WARS. the lego set is $200++.
dats abt it.. wondering why am i so into getting new stuffs for school purpose?? i've no idea too.. juz feel like starting school fresh and clean. wiv new stuffs and good moods. as for clothes, i've totally no idea where to get it. not that i didnt eye on any, but its coz there're simply too many that i've eyed on!!! LOL !!!!!! not forgetting to gif dad & mom to a birthday dinner treat one of these days to celebrate both of their birthdays. dad was on 21st may(over) and mom's on 6th june(coming). dat explains why i wanted to celebrate both on these few days - in the middle thus can celebrate together, saves cost. lol.

HaPpY VeSaK DaY, aLL !!!
been to FOO HAI TEMPLE for the vesak day's event "passing-heart-lamp" (in chinese, it is 'chuan xin deng').. okie it sounds awkard coz i've translated it directly from chinese to english. there was alot of pple, and how this event was organised was such that.. every1 was given a lotus candle. once the candle was lighted by the person on ur left, u r supposed to pass the fire light to the person on ur right, and the person on ur right will pass the fire light to the person on his/her right and continues. once every1's candle is lighted up, every1 will sing hymns and walk round the whole temple twice. and the journey is just like 1.6km run except that it was walk throughout. (juz a rough estimation). well.. thou i can hardly recognised the chinese characters thats printed on the pamphlets given to us, i tried my best to sing the hymns and it felt so good after everything ended. dat was abt it today... =)
yesterday.. went to watch star wars episode III: revenge of the sith.. it was really a good movie catch.. rate it 4 out of 5 bites. and once again, shall not spoil any1 of ur mood by saying out the story.. those who don enjoy star wars, its ur loss mann !! LOL !!! juz one thing.. yoda loves to phrase his words in a special way... e.g. normal pple will say "i miss u" or "it is ur fault" but if it is yoda, he would say "miss u, i will" & "ur fault, it is" respectively .. haha.. so cool & unique way of expressing oneself rite.. thus peepz, this expression would be quite popular these days if u pple meet me up ar.. LOL !!!

coz my baby tong bought me a rose from TOYS"R"US !!! cool, it looks??

Reasons for being happiEe:
1) visited mom while she's working. had alwaiz wanted to do so in the past weeks, but was lazy.
2) bought vincent, winnie & emm ROTIBOY. as they're happie, im happie too.
3) got myself my desire PUMA MOTORSPORT TEE snow-white color wiv pink stripes.
actually tot of getting the black one, but no S-size..
4) got myself a limegreen spaghetti tank-top from a newly-opened shop at taka - WH, everyone is beautiful. the stuffs there are nice and the price reasonable. just the way i wan it.
this is the shop.. WH, EVERYONE IS BEAUTIFUL! one at Ngee Ann City, another at Great World City.. CHeck it OUT !!!!
5) went blk 163 wiv angela to eat zhu chao. food galore. yeah.
6) today is friday. tmr is saturday. saturday is book-out day. yeaps.

phew. its such a relief to see the last bus of bus 180 was 2345. caught the 2315 bus. worked full shift today - 10am to 11.15pm !! 10am to 6.30pm at bukit panjang & 7.30pm to 11.15pm at jurong pt coz they lack of staff. the interval btw 6.30pm to 7.30pm was for me to travel from bp to jp definitely. hate working at jp. hate the night crowd. the heavy night crowd makes us close shop even later. den close shop at 10.30pm.. do housekeeping (that is vacuum and mop whole shop).. do closing.. report the sales to DM by sms-ing.. by the time all these r done.. its already 11.15pm.. luckily today not working wiv her, if not i bet will close even later. den gotta take cab home. but at bp diff. lol. by 10.20pm the most.. everything is done. den can happily walk home even.
so so so tireddd.. esp my poor feet. gonna gif them a treat tmr by doing foot scrub, followed by a moisturising foot shower bath. sounds great??? fwahaha.
aniwae bought a PUMA handbag today.. tmr gonna travel to ngee ann city de royal sporting house to get the black motorsports tee wiv golden 'PUMA' words written at the back of the tee. this tee rawks. so stylish. no matter wad oso muz get it. heez. tmr den upload the pic of the handbag and tee.. now im juz too lazy to do anything else but to eat!!!

hmm this saturday or sunday will be going FU HAI temple wiv tong and aunty suzanne (at Paya Lebar) for "san bu yi gui" .. meaning walk 3 steps kneal once.. this will be the 1st time im doing this.. and im really excitedd abt it .. heez.. and coming to think of it.. i'll be able to share a long weekend wiv tong coz he'll only be booking in on monday evening or night.. woot ~ and coming tuesday will haf k-session again.. this time not wiv baleno kakis, but wiv my dearest shar. long time no k-session wiv this ger le.. for a yr i tink.. hehe ~ and 28th is nearing.. keke~~ too excitedd for so many stuffs..

BUT mine?? its 18th today.. but my timetable is really a table itself only lor.. wiv few words on it nia.. everyday one lecturer update one.. gimme at least another 4-5 days to fully got my timetable!!! unlesss miracles happen.. shall see...

there goes my levi's square cut jeans. initially tot of getting it, but after several thoughts, i decided not to get myself that slim-cut jeans, and im happy abt my decision, unless its someone who get it for me.. or when i strike lottery?? hmm dream on.. maybe that jeans gotta wait for me a lil longer.. end of this mth?? hehe! 1stly, 1 levi's jeans is equivalent to many many nice stuffs like nice clothes, nice square-circle-triangle earrings which i love alot alot, nice shoes, nice bags.. more & more.. even a treat to the salon to do my hair!!! im still considering whether should i go for a rebonding session.. the ends of my hair curling and it irritates me alot every morning when i look into the mirror.. i hate messy hairs.. !!
let me warn u guys.. NEVER haf meals in BUGIS CAFE (UPSTAIRS of Bugis Village) !!!

okie.. i shall answer for my overwhelming reaction.. son and i went to haf lunch/dinner today at the BUGIS CAFE (or wad u call that meal is when its taken at 4pm+).. b4 we enter the cafe, we looked at the menu (any1 does rite?) .. den we saw this..
"SPAGHETTI + SOUP OF THE DAY wiv GARLIC MUFFIN + COFFEE/TEA/BLA BLA DRINKS = $5.95."
cheap rite this meal ?? damn worth it we THOUGHT.. and that lured us into the cafe. we ordered this set meal. i could still remembered this set meal code.. its item no. 133!! For spaghetti.. i chosen seafood..
Wad comes to mind when u think of seafood spaghetti..?? Mussels, squids.. okie.. or at least prawns?? BUT my plate of seafood spaghtti only has got spaghetti and CRAB MEAT ONLY !!!!! wad nice seafood i got.. artificial seafood.. and the tomato sauce's diluted till i must add spoonfuls of tobasco sauce & chilli flakes for some taste.. and the muffin's really pathetic.. even smaller than a piece of oreo's buscuit.. coffee's tasteless.. cream of mushroom not creamy at all.. $5.95.. cheap so wad?? i rather got one item from coffee bean (frappucino) than to get so many tasteless or should i say awful taste dishes??!!! duhz...
nvm.. luckily, i took photo wiv a handsome dude today.. whee~

noticed my ghostly contact lens?? just bought this pair days back.. the color is baby aqua. a mixture og baby blue and light green. i was wearing green in the previous mths and i tot of trying new colors and i ended up wiv baby aqua. ok. i felt fake in this color thou it looks nice. aniwae since i bought it, i'll use it and i'll adapt to it.. and eventually i'll like or even love it!! LOL !!!

aunty suzanne's dishes were simply yummilicious~ i love the egg wiv onions & prawns most, followed by the veggies wiv shitake mushroom, den the corn soup wiv meat & potato in it.. and definitely i'd ranked the plate of fish last. not that it did not taste nice, it tasted marvellous according to tong and weiling, just that i had this 'distance' towards fishes... keke..
aniwae.. tong and i met wiv a small CAR ACCIDENT today!! we were along bukit timah road (near the timah market).. and as he made a left turn near the market, wanting to head to the esso petrol station to get me my sandwich.. the car infront of us braked abruptly, and i can say its very abrupt lor.. so sudden that tong did not haf the extra time to stop the car immediately.. den "BUMP" !!! it was raining heavily den.. tong got off the car to check things out.. luckily the driver (the car infront) suffered no injuries and the car had just a small dent which was not obvious.. tong and the driver exchanged contacts.. wads more important was the driver was not the unreasonable type that will go yelling non-stop and wads more more more important was both of us (tong & i that is) were alright... phew.. gonna go buy 4D tmr.. tong dad's carplate number and the driver's carplate number.. hmm... why does time passes by so fast on saturdays and sundays and so slow on weekdays?? but luckily vesak day falls on a sunday, which means the following monday will be a public holiday.. and meaning tong will only gotta book in on the monday itself instead of vesak day (sunday) itself which will be the day when he normally book in... yeaps x100 !!!!

today was an 'above-average' day.. just that...
was working from 2 to 6pm. feeling more & more don wanna work le.. dun like the "stress-is-in-the-air" de feeling.. ok wad actually happened these few days during work was... everyday there's target breakdown, meaning every staff is given a target to be achieved by the day. and if the target is not achieved by a particular staff, he/she will be questioned by the district managers (DMs) eventually. thou the DMs named this as a game, i personally felt its more like a competition, a tough one. every staff would wan to hit the target just to save the trouble of hafing 'coffee-sessions' wiv the DMs. and coz of that, we're like snatching customers among ourselves, thou we show no signs of it. but sooner or later, internal conflicts among us would sure arise.. and i certainly don wan that to occur... BIG HAIZ... we're supposed to collaborate wiv each other, helping each other out to hit the daily shop target.. but end up hafta compete among ourselves... BIG BIG HAIZ..... luckily i hit my own target today.. praying would hit my sunday's target.. (tmr i off)... BIG BIG BIG HAIZ...
Winnie (in-charge) muz contribute more to the shop's target, therefore her target for today was $800. Angela, full-timer, is afternoon shift (8 hrs) today, therefore she gotta contribute $400. Emm, full-timer shift from 10am-2pm (4 hrs), therefore he gotta contribute $200. As for me, part-time, shift was 2pm-6pm (4 hrs), contribution shall be $200. Phew. I got $261. Poor Winnie & Emm.. surely will be questioned by them le.. Damn lame rite this "game" of theirs???
but stress immediately went off after work.. initially wanted to go queensway to buy bigbig and my contact lenses.. but i took the wrong bus.. was supposed to take 970 from bukit panjang bus interchange straight to queensway.. but ended up taking 184, which landed me in clementi mrt station. den i was too lazy to take another bus to queensway.. thus i just got the lenses at a wulu wulu optical shop at clementi.. and i got a small surprise for my dearest tong tmr.. keke..

den went to settle dinner at clementi's famous sesame oil chicken.. i had that.. but jie fu had lor mutton.. it tasted superb mann!!! and there's this satay stall which alwaiz haf a long queue.. jie fu and i, curious to find out how good the satays taste, took the effort to queue up for a long time only to find out it tasted normal... duhz.. had a long chat wiv jie fu.. learnt abt his past stories.. kinda interesting.. but i don tink i'll haf a chance to experience wad he experienced in his teenage life bah..

aniwae the only clue i can hint u guys is.. im posted to CM&QS.. which is my choice in my 3rd yr in poly.. gotta work harder in my last yr of poly.. and coming to think of that, i've really got no idea wad should i do after i graduated from my tertiary education.. no fang xiang gan.. nothing at all.. but i definitely will go travelling b4 realli getting my bum stucked into my career. but 1st of all, i gotta save up?? LOL.
wad will i do when i've got nothing better to do??
