reporter paulynn: "there, u knoe the AIBI roadshow at the open atrium? one of the workers, 30 yrs old guy, while working, saw a 10-yr-old gerl walking by. He immediately grab the lil gerl's hands & took her to the wu-lu wu-lu staircase in btw KFC & VALUE shop.."
me: "den?? wad did he do??"
reporter paulynn: "touched her all over la.. wad else.. rub the lil gerl's hand wiv his 'that one'.."
me: "den den??"
reporter paulynn: " den when he's abt to lift the gerl's skirt up, there was this 2 guys going to the wu-lu staircase lor.. to smoke or tok or wadeva.. saw wad this AIBI guy was doing.. the AIBI guy stopped his actions immediately .. the gerl ran out & told aunty.."
me: "den??"
reporter paulynn: "police came..handcuffed the AIBI guy & took him back to the police station.."

I was watching a show which reflected family ties.
Somehow i came to my senses dat..
Its is realli critical fer one to cherish family ties!!
Thinking back.. i had not been spending time wiv my family lately.
School occupied me at dawn, while work occupied at dusk.
By the time i was home after work,
im too beat to carry out conversations wiv my family.
Not to say my mom who's working night shifts..
But my dad.. jun.. li..& ying.. big big..
& thinking deeper.. i haf not been quite a filial child..
mom has her own work..(night shifts)
and b4 she goes to work..
she has to cook meals.. tidy the house..
look after the younger ones.. look after me(the bigger/elder one)..
& she still has to keep reminding us this & that!!
e.g. hurrying us to take a shower umpteen times..
switch off the lights n fans when no ones using them..
& all she has is only morning..morning to realli take a nap..!!
& i've not help out in any of the chores..
all the simple ones like sweeping the floor & washing of dishes..!!
oh my mother.. how gr8 to haf her by my side this 18 yrs!
my dad..
he's gr8 too..
he's the sole bread-winner of the house..
thou he's a lil bossy.. da nan ren zhu yi..
gets really agitated/irritated when things don go his way..
his fav pastime is to pinpoint.. followed by scolding!
e.g. when a rice grain falls on the floor, he'll scream ur heads off..
when u wear shoes inside the house, he'll howl at u too..
when u sweep the eraser residues on the floor while doing hwk, dats it!!
i tink i inherit my dad's cleaniness somehow as i loves to be clean!

im happie & disappointed at the same time.
scored 76 marks fer BS2 !! * yeaps *
but obtained onli 17 out of 25 fer structures!! i actually aimmed to get full marks. made a freaky careless mistake which resulted in the loss of these few impt marks!! * grumbles *
still awaiting fer the release of my MBW, BM & BMT results.. ya, aniwae i reaped 71 marks fer accounts, & im adequately contented.

but im gonna pretend i wrote dis post on 14th feb 2005, which is Valentines' Day ! aniwae, HAPPIE VALENTINES' DAE TO ALL LOVING COUPLES, ALL SINGLES & EVERYONE !!
On Valentines' Day dis year, im gonna tell everyone 2 stories.. 2 short ones.. may be true, may be false.. LOL ~
lets begin wiv the 1st one.. the title is
"
The Guy Who Finally Got His Teeth Polished".
Once upon a time, there lived a guy called tong. He was a very hardworking man. He worked all his life to grant his wicked wife a happier & comfortable life.. but he was very happie. & he loved to smile ALOT.
The only prob was.. his wicked wife did not allow him to go elsewhere except fer his workplace.. which disallowed him to go fer regular dental check-ups!! dis gradually affected his smile!! he was sad & helpless..
Hmm... finally one day, he plucked up all his courage & gaf his wicked wife a terrible thrashing! Immediately his wife was scared stiff & from then, bcame very obedient, esp to tong! She finally realised how wrong she was.. she had such a good husband yet she don knoe how to cherish him. So to seek fer forgiveness, during Valentines' Day, she presented him wiv a gift.. dat was bringing him to a dentist & woohoo..
He's back wiv beautiful teeth !! He's able to smile happily & be happie tong again !!

First of all,
HAPPIE BDAE TO JIE FU !!!!(he looks so ah beng wiv the gold chain necklace dat bigbig gaf him as his bdae pressie!!)gambling day.
mahjong wiv bigbig, jie fu & jun. it was fun. but im still slow at it. nid more practice. hehe. in the midst of mahjong, we went to settle dinner at a hawker centre ard evening time. the food arrived damn slow mann. waited abt 30 mins. & wad we ordered were simple dishes such as onion egg omelette, bittergourd soup & black-peppered pork ribs. bigbig & i was wondering if the 30 mins we waited was fer the eggs to be hatched or wad mann.. or the pork ribs juz alighted from an air flight. bla bla bla.. LOL.. l.a.m.e.
cont'd wiv mahjong fer a while b4 we "lau yu sheng" .. dis time bigbig's frenz joined in. total 8 persons.. after which we cont'd play mahjong fer a while b4 playing "ban-luck".. well i won $3 !! LOL !! was happie !! but i gaf $1 to bigbig.. $1 to take bus home as my ez-link card was under-valued.. so im left wiv onli $1 more !! gonna gif dat one buck to jun !! LOL ~

juz came back fr the UK Funfair located at Woodlands. went there wiv mummy, jun, li, ying, big big & jie fu. no praises, no discrimination. my onli piece of advice wld be - take a challenge if u dare! coz pples' views differ. as fer me, it was fairly fun. but it is a lil costly. one token = $2.50 .. unlike in arcades where one token = $0.50 .. LOL. & one game requires at least 3 tokens fer an adult & 2 tokens fer a kid.
haha, i knoe dis is chicken-feet. the big-wheel axiel. but dis is the onli one dat my younger siblings dare to try.
dis pic is kinda blur. dis is over-the-top. jie fu, big big & me tried dis. not scary, but rather making us giddy. turn rounds & rounds fer abt 3mins+ (equivalent to the time taken to play the song real slim shady) .. LOL. big big's hands were numbed after everything.

dis yr was special. mummy's werking night shifts, which means she nids to haf ample slp during daytime to prepare herself fer the night's battle. me? i was stucked infront of my tv set stuffing baguas like nobody's business fer the whole morn & noon until tong called at 3pm asking me whether i wanna join him at his ah ma's place. he would be coming at 4pm to fetch me over. thinking i haf more-than-enuff time, i took a long shower bath.. onli to step out of e bathroom at 3.30pm to receive another call fr him dat he had reached. gosh. i rushed like hell. my makeup was a total mess. suddenly i realised my clinique true-beige foundation was a lil too light fer me. i resembled a ghost!! maybe i've grown fairer these mths dat makes me look even paler compared to the past when i was using back the same foundation. geez. at his ah ma's place, small crowds were patched at every corner of the house. some played mahjong, some played cards, some watching vcds, some chit-chatting away at another corner. me? i sat quietly on the sofa watching vcds, standing up at intervals to receive ang baos fr his relatives. *grins* wad amazed me was there were at least 4 maids helping out in the kitchen preparing new yr foodies. but the foodies prepared by the main chef of the kitchen, his 4th jiu mu, was best. left his ah ma's place at ten plus, went to tong's mum place fer a while, b4 visiting big's house, which was like blocks away fr his mum's place. big's house was a gambling den. tong & i played a few rounds of cards b4 he fetched me home. too beat to do anything else.

house visits to my granny's house at bukit ho swee. followed by 4th aunt's place at jp. nth interesting. went to catch a midnite movie, constantine, at wm. i'd like to emphasize dat dis show was not gd!! storyline was not rich. wad spear of destiny. wad half-breed btw angels & devils. the movie is juz bad !!! reached home at 2am, slp~

kids nowadaes are playful.. to e extremes.
there was dis kid at my shopp todae. he was eating a chocolate bar. eating till both his hands & mouth were soiled wiv melted chocolate. wad disgusted me was he wiped off his grimy hands on the handle of a fitting room w/o any1 realising it & den ran off. awWwww. who suffered most was the customer going in straight after dis brat came out. her hands were stenched wiv his chocolate. added wiv a lil of his saliva. erks. & i hafta clear the shit of the fitting room's handle. *pukes*
but there's oso another type of playful-ness found in another group of kids.. which simply brings a smile to me at e 1st sight i spot them..

her elder sis pushed her to the floor & complained to her mom dat her sis was playing on the dirty floor.. her mom ignored her as she was busy looking at the clothes.. the next moment, she helped her sis up.. haha.. naughty but cute in disguise la.. LOL.
as fer the younger one (double ok ger ger).. she took off her hairband & gaf it to her mom. her mom wore it back fer her. she ran round my shopp, took off the hairband & again gaf it to her mom. her mom, again, wore it back fer her. &.... she ran round my shopp again... went to her mom & dis time round, her mom was flared up & she kept the hairband inside the cookie-monster bag of the younger one. the younger one clapped her hands & luffs. oh my..... sooo cuteee when she smilesss... i tink the younger one don like to wear the hairband so she took it off so many times to make her mom angry. & by making her mom angry, her mom would surely save the trouble by keeping it rather than to let her wear it. hahaha.. kids r clever.
met up wiv big after my werk todae. went bukit timah market to haf supper. ordered frog leg porridge (@ the porridge stall dat accepts credit cards, haha) & fried oysters w/o oysters. & yeaps! i received an ang bao from big...
but im onli gonna open it up on CNY..
my respective siblings & my mom got one too !! even leetong got one too!! all from big big !! onli diff was the different postures of the chicken on the ang baos. mine was facing left, same goes ger ying. jun's one was facing front while ah li's one was facing rite. leetong's one was not facing anywhere but on the verge of flying. haha. mom's one is big. coz she is mom!! hehe. performance: so-so.. managed to reach the min. requirement answering 8 qns.
met up wiv april. studied mbw fer awhile. tink onli fer 1 hr? LOL. after which eat eat & eat. 1st is Pau Dian's prawn dumpling & black-peppered bak gua pie. sounds yummy? hur hur. next is french toast set (cheesey french toast + 'yuan yang' [coffee mix wiv tea] + 2 half-boiled eggs). pause fer awhile. visited e library to search fer her tattoo logo.. she's got one at the back of her neck. now she's thinking of hafing another tattoo, but don knoe at which part of her body. LOL. den..... eat again... dis time we visited Alif.. ate mee goreng + kambing (mutton) soup. BEST. nth beats hafing a full stomach. *grins*
while we were eating, we were chatting abt the past again. commencing fr sec1 rite up to sec4. competition btw eliz, leon & she on studies. got to notice there's actualli a yee onli when we were sec2, when my period stained my skirt. our seating arrangement. joey's mom cook the whole cabbage w/o slicing it up. steam bomb amani. oops. yappy singing jay chou songs to me. shamugam's class. his cold jokes. his chest hair. his watch going anti-clockwise. salivary shaun bullying lil kiddy ding yang. anna loh turning round to greet me laogong. elaine & junhao alwaiz making alot of noises. changwei juz cant stick her butt onto her own seat. guo rui alwaiz disturb my leg. pooranavali. her name was hard to pronounce. sleeping buddha of 4e3. yvonne ong wiv his mashimaro eyebrow. mr ho alwaiz going.. 4e3 go go go! its so so so nicee to recall back all these stuffs.. =)
